Where are you located?
We are very easy to find - our address is 5495 Deerfield Blvd., Mason, OH 45040. We are in the Deerfield Towne Centre plaza and our exact location is between Becoming Mom and EverEve. Please view our Contact page for the map. Our phone number is 513.873.4561.
What hours are you open?
We are open Monday - Friday from 10-7, Sat 10-8, and Sunday 12 - 6. We are closed New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We may also be closed earlier for private parties.
Can I come in to stamp without an appointment?
Yes, however, we do recommend that you check our online calendar to make sure we don't have a party/event going on. If the party/event is large, we may not have enough staff to help you or there may not be a place for you to stamp. Also, if you have never stamped before, you need to arrive before 6 pm Mon-Fri, before 7 pm on Saturday and before 5 pm on Sunday.
I don't know if I am brave enough to stamp my own jewelry. Advice?
Anyone can do this - even children ages 6 and up! We'll be there to hold your hand the entire time with our expert and always FREE step by step instruction. YOU CAN DO IT!
Can I order a personalized piece when I come into the shop?
Yes! You can stamp your own or shop in our retail section and pick out something lovely to buy on the spot or order.
How much practice time do I get when I come in to stamp my own?
UNLIMITED practice time! Stay as long as you like whenever we're open!
Will someone show me how to do this?
YES! Our expert instruction is always FREE!
How long does it typically take to practice before you are ready to stamp the real thing?
Most folks need about 20 min. of practice time. Kids tend to take less time than that!
What kinds of things do you have to stamp?
We have a variety of metals (sterling silver, pewter, aluminum, or copper) and a huge selection of things to stamp! Necklaces, bracelets, rings, men's (cufflinks, tie bars, money clips), keychains, napkin rings, drink tags, children's items and holiday ornaments.
I have it in my mind what I want my jewelry to look like. Can you help me design it?
Yes! We love to help bring your ideas from conception to reality!
Can I take my piece home with me the day I stamp it?
Usually no. Part of the pricing includes tumbling of your jewelry to get it nice and shiny and we will punch holes in it for jump rings if needed and finish assembling it for you. You can come back in and pick up your piece when it's finished or we can ship it anywhere in the world for a small fee. However, if you book a children's party, each child will leave the party with his/her finished piece.
ONLINE ORDER FAQ
Can you stamp on the back of my piece?
No, generally not. The stamping process leaves a slight impression on the other side and therefore, we cannot stamp on the back.
How long does it take to receive my jewelry?
Please check our home page for our current production time.
What if I need my item before your current production time?
We do offer rush order shipping. This is $30 for domestic orders which includes priority shipping. You can choose this option at checkout. We do also offer this for international orders. Please email us for the charge. Orders placed with rush order processing will ship next business day and orders placed Fri-Sun with rush order processing will ship on Monday.
Will the letters be perfectly straight or even?
Probably not - this lends to the charm of your individual one of a kind piece and should not be considered a defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally every day! Please check our Policies for more information about shipping internationally including customs/duties fees.
Can I buy the pendant/charm/tag without the chain?
YES! Please contact us to arrange for a custom order or look in our category called Upgrades and A La Carte.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and paypal. We also take cash at our retail location. We do not accept checks.
Can I place an order over the telephone?

Do you gift wrap?
Yes! Optional gift wrapping is available for $4.00 which includes a white jewelry gift box with our logo, red satin ribbon, and a handwritten gift message card enclosure with an envelope with our logo on it. You can add this on with any purchase while you are on the item's page. We do also have black gift box wrapping for men.
Is your jewelry sterling silver?
The majority of our pieces are 925 sterling silver or pewter. 925 is the international hallmark for sterling silver. This means the jewelry contains 92.5% silver and the rest are other metals and alloys. We do also create some pieces with copper, gold filled, brass or aluminum metals. Each listing specifically states what metals are used for that piece so please check the item description.
How do I clean and care for my piece?
Sterling silver tarnishes from contact with the air. When you are not wearing your piece, please keep it stored in an airtight plastic bag. Nothing fancy is needed – just a simple Ziploc will work wonders. You should clean your piece a couple times a year with silver polish. Do not wear your piece while bathing or swimming and if your piece has gemstones, please remove when sleeping. Copper will tarnish much faster than sterling silver. Please care for it the same way as sterling and you may need to clean it more often to keep it bright and shiny.
