Stacked Two Disc Birthstone Necklace

Great gift for a new mom or a Mother's Day gift! Two sterling silver circles are stacked and hand stamped with the names, dates or sayings of your choice and then up to two handwrapped Swarovski crystal birthstone charms are added at the top. The circles measure .75" and 1".
