Parties

The Silver Diva offers mobile jewelry parties for children in the greater Cincinnati area, Mason, West Chester, Northern Kentucky and Dayton. Minimum age to hand stamp jewelry is 6 years of age. The reason for this is liability with our insurance carrier and children under that age do not have enough coordination to hand stamp safely. The minimum number of guests for each party is 6, however, we can accommodate up to 30 guests at one time.

When you book a party with The Silver Diva, please provide the address where we will need to go for the party. When we arrive, you will need to provide stable tables and seating for the guests to stamp. We will contact you 48 hours prior to the party for a final headcount and to verify the party type and information for the party venue. When you give us your final headcount, you will be responsible for paying for that number of guests even if that number of guests does not arrive. We need to provide adequate staffing for your party and may need to hire additional staff to come to the party depending on the headcount that you advise and therefore, your final headcount will be the number that we base your price on. Please be advised that we do always bring a few extra supplies and equipment in the event you have extra guests unexpectedly.

You will be charged a nonrefundable deposit of $50 when you book your party. You may cancel with 72 hours notice and change the date one time. The balance of your party cost will be due at the end of the party and your party hostess will provide you with your balance. The Silver Diva accepts all credit cards and cash. If you find that your party hostess did a remarkable job, tips are also appreciated. The balance of your party when charged is nonrefundable.

Terms and Conditions
Each piece from The Silver Diva is handcrafted when we receive your payment. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to create your order - current production times can be seen on our FAQs page and if something is out of stock when you order it, we will contact you immediately. During major holidays, production and shipping times may be longer so please plan accordingly.

If you have ordered with rush processing, your order will ship next business day and orders placed Friday - Sunday, next business day will ship on Monday.

Each piece that is hand stamped involves stamping letters and designs by hand.  As a result, each letter may not be the same depth and every letter and design may not line up perfectly or straight or have the same amount of space between each letter. Due to the depth of hand stamping, it generally leaves a slight impression on the other side of the metal as well. This should not be considered a defect, but adds to the charm of your one of a kind piece.

Returns/Exchanges for Personalized Pieces
Returns or exchanges are only available in the event there is a spelling error on our part.  If we made a mistake, we will immediately fix the mistake and provide you with a return label to return the original. If the mistake was yours or you are not happy with the font you chose, we cannot issue a refund. We reserve the right to judge our own quality. We cannot give a full or partial refund until the original piece is returned. Please note we will stamp exactly what you request at the time you order and in the same style as the sample shown. If you would like something different than what is shown, we need to know about it in the additional comments box upon ordering.

Returns/Exchanges for Non-Personalized Pieces
We want you to love your piece! If for some reason, it is not what you expected, please email us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return. You must return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of your item, minus shipping costs. Your return must be in its original condition and not damaged. 

Updating an Existing Piece
If you ever want to add more customization to an existing piece, we are more than happy to help. Please email us to discuss cost and whether your piece will accommodate what you want us to stamp.

Damages
We do our very best to ensure the utmost quality in our pieces. If your chain or other jewelry should break within 45 days of receipt, please email us and we will do our best to fix your piece or send you a new one.

Changing An Order
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get them to you as soon as possible. As a result, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us as quickly as possible.

Care and Cleaning
Our jewelry is not waterproof and should be removed upon showering or swimming. To clean your piece, we recommend the small polish pad included with your order for sterling silver jewelry. Additionally when you are not wearing your sterling or copper piece, you should store it in an airtight bag like a simple ziploc.

Coupons and Discounts
Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Payment Methods
TheSilverDiva.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and paypal as payment methods. We do not accept checks.

Sales Tax
We charge 7% sales tax on all purchases shipped to the state of Ohio.

Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service standard first class mail and shipping starts at $4.00.  We do ship internationally to every country as well.  If you would like to have your item shipped via priority or express mail, you can upgrade your shipping.  You will receive an email with your tracking number when your item ships. Tracking is also available to some international countries via first class mail international and express mail international.  We do not ship our items labeled as gift for international orders as this is against the law. International buyers are expected to pay all customs duties, handling fees and/or taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of your order.  UK buyers please take note that even low dollar amount items might have a duty or tax incurred before the Royal Mail will deliver your item. Please note international shipping times vary from 1-3 weeks to arrive to most countries after our production time.

Gift Wrap
Optional gift wrap is available for $4.00. The gift wrap is a white jewelry box stamped with our logo on the top, red satin ribbon and a gift message enclosure. You can purchase gift wrap from the item's page as an add on. We also have gift wrapping for men which is a black jewelry box with red satin ribbon.

Safety Information
Please note all of our products are not intended for use by children under the age of 4 due to choking hazards. Children should be supervised at all times while wearing our jewelry.

Our Email List

We offer those who sign up for our email list advanced notice of sales and new merchandise and other news. Email addresses collected at The Silver Diva are used internally. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please contact us. We will remove your name within a reasonable period of time. Please recognize that you may receive another email before we are able to remove you from the list. In addition, please note that you receive more emails based on how often you open your emails that we send you.

Service Providers

The Silver Diva contracts with outside service providers to help us better understand your use of The Silver Diva. Our service providers place cookies on your computer or use other technologies to collect various kinds of information for us related to your use of The Silver Diva so that we may continue to improve the site for our customers, and provide advertising tailored to your interests. We do not allow our service providers to collect any credit card, username or password information; any personal information shared with our service providers is made anonymous.
